Welcome to South Sound Equine Practice, LLC! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

​

South Sound Equine Practice, LLC provides ambulatory veterinary services for equine patients, including but not limited to:

  • Routine examinations

  • Vaccinations

  • Dental care

  • Diagnostic imaging; including Digital Radiography, Ultrasound and Gastroscopic Examination

  • Emergency care provided to current clients subject to the availability of the veterinarian.

  • Reproductive Services

 

3. Appointment Scheduling

 

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text or email. We recommend scheduling in advance to ensure availability.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Fees: All fees for services rendered are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Estimates: We can provide an general estimate for services whenever possible. Actual charges may vary based on the complexity of care provided.

5. Cancellation Policy

​

We request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Failure to show to an appointment will result in a $150 fee to cover the time and costs associate with travel.

6. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about their horse’s health and history.

  • Ensuring the horse is available for the scheduled appointment.

  • Providing a safe place to examine and provide services to the patient. This includes appropriate cover and space to accommodate the animal, people and  equipment.

  • Following any post-treatment instructions provided by our veterinary staff.

 

7. Liability Waiver

 

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, veterinary services are not without risk. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You release South Sound Equine Practice, LLC, its veterinarians, and staff from any liability for injury or damage to your horse resulting from services rendered.

8. Privacy Policy

​

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Modifications to Terms

​

South Sound Equine Practice, LLC, reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
